Spot-Tail Bass!

The last leg of my summer vacation brought me to Charleston, South Carolina to visit with my sister and my ancient budddy Gary, who I had not seen since we were boys. Here I am on Gary's boat with my biggest catch of the day along the Intracoastal Waterway. Most of the fish we caught had to be thrown back in the water for being too long or too short, and one should not eat too many bottom-feeders (which this is) because they gather too many poisons. I brought this one, frozen, all the way home to Philadelphia, where I enjoyed cooking and eating it.
