Mushroom and Brie Pie

Quick lunch idea for the benefit of my recently turned vegetarian youngest daughter. Not perfect but not bad at all. Good with my recently discovered "Mr Vikki's" Hot Gooseberry Chutney.


I think it looks more tasty seen 'large'.
