Fishy Business

I love my weekends!

Started the day of by having to go to the chiropractor as my back flared up badly again. Sore now but he does a great job and finds the right spot everytime. The bad news is I've got to go back every week for a month! That hurts the wallet more than the back!

After a quick bacon sandwich we headed into Redditch for Mrs L to claim one of her surprise birthday presents, a Gara Rufa fish pedicure. When we got the William was quite inquisitive and they were doing a 3 for 2 deal so we all jumped in! Quite a bizarre feeling really, but I have to say it really worked! I have terrible cracked heals and they have really cleared up about 50%. So much so I think I'm going to head back next week and have another go!

Off to follow Sky Sports now to see how Darren Bent does on his debut. Not expecting a lot againt Man City to be honest?

Then out tonight for the father in laws 60th birthday. A nice meal and few drinks lovely!
