Kite rebuild...

Funnily, the 99p kite didn't really last much more than the one day. We did however recover it's ashes and have begun to rebuild it.

The first attempt involved taking some vague measurements and then kinda free forming the shape but it turned out not even fitting the struts.

Second attempt, my preferred method, the scientific precise measure method. Tape measure, protractor and long straight thingy at the ready, we're almost ready to re-assemble.

Hopefully the structure should be fine but I'm not too sure about the aerodynamic properties of the two kilo of paint the kids have applied to it!
