Lashing and Lashings of Marmalade

So, after all my efforts last night...TA DA!

13 pots of lovely (bit runny for my tastes but then I like a sticky marmalade - Philip says it is fine...) home made, hand-cut Seville Orange Marmalade. There's also a big container full of it in the fridge (I ran out of jars, again).

We ate it this morning and it was good.

This should keep us going for the best part of the year but I wouldn't mind having a go at tweaking the recipe a wee bit. Might have to mooch down to the Green Grocer on Monday and see if there are more oranges coming in.
