Green Week - Day Six!

Green Wall! A dry stone wall topped with turf which has caused the stones to turn green.
I spent a wonderful day with friends at the London Wetland Centre and this was an example of an Icelandic Wall. I took hundreds of photos of various birds, vegetation, trees and sunsets, but this one caught my eye and fitted into the green theme for this week. I would love to go back in the Summer when it's warmer and to see all the vegetation in the different world zones and all the birds of course!
