It could have been a really stressful morning if I didn't have the support of lots of funny, kind and clever people on Twitter

My new washing machine arrived - Wasn't too worried about plumbing it...but I hadn't thought how I was going to actually move the thing on my own!

It was a nightmare - but tweeted my progress and got loads of support and I was laughing my head off as I heaved the machine in the gap, out again, in again and out again before it was finally in place and ready to be plumbed

So - not a very glamourous sp shot today! Just me and my machine after a couple of hours strain!

But - despite the stress. I did it, all by myself \0/ and I'm very pleased

OK - Took the back off. Didn't need to do that. So now putting it back on again!!!



Right, can't level the machine as I have no spirit level...next bit, trying to push it into the washing machine shaped hole :)


@kate_librarian try a glass of water for a spirit level, may help | What a good idea- no iphone but have glass of water :)

We have a lino bulge problem people. One of the little feet is refusing to move...stay with me!

ohh - swings and roundabouts and all that. Found some bin bags and some febreze I'd forgotton about under the sink!


ahh - after the rise of our heroine..get ready for the fall. I don't know where the drain hose is. The machine is coming back out...lol
