foggy day
I spent the day in the Skagit Valley, about an hour north of Seattle. This area is normally heaven for birdwatchers this time of year, but not today. It was far too foggy and most of the birds were hunkered down, trying to keep warm and dry. Still, I saw several great blue herons and trumpeter swans, and about 30 bald eagles, but they were all too distant for me to get a good photo. Oh well, better luck next time!
