Grand Rapids

The first day of the orchestra trip was awesome. We stayed at the Amway Grand, which was such a beautiful hotel. It was also connected to the music hall where we performed. I loved the feeling of staying downtown.

The entire day we watched different concerts, explored, went ice skating on an outdoor rink, talked, and took pictures. These trips are always amazing experiences full of lots of memories and good times.

I had trouble picking a blip today so I kind of cheated. Three of the pictures are some of the gorgeous areas in the hotel including the lobby area, the Imperial Ballroom, and the hall leading to the exhibits. The last one is the ice skating conga line that formed in the afternoon.
