Finally back on the saddle: 100th Blip
I am delighted today to have got back to cycling. So much has been taking up my time on weekdays and weekends that the thought of getting up early, in the cold was deterring. This time I kept low expectations and ended up completing 36 kms. Though I was trying to return earlier, I was pushed by other riders to ride a little more and I did. The Cantonment route is fascinating and incredibly beautiful. Moreover, all the flowers outside the gates and in the nurseries were in full bloom. It was like buckets of color splashed all over. The fog was really beautiful but the cold made my fingers go numb.
The little kid named Pradyumna, rides like a breeze leaving all grown ups behind huffing and puffing. He is truly a talent and his mother accompanied him to be sure he did not over speed and get hurt. She seems to have ambitious plans for him to be on Tour De France. Seems quite likely he will make it given that he started early and is already so good.
Many more things to complete in the day but this will be the most interesting. I hope to ride regularly before I move out of this area.
More pictures.
Back-blip of the trip to Tadoba.
PS: I surprised myself by reaching the 100th blip! Didn't realize :) The back-blip did the trick i guess :)
