Cooking for A Spanish Life

A Spanish Life came over and I made lots of nice food, and liked these two containers. The smoked pimiento I sprinkled over home-made hummous. The cane molasses I added to an aubergine and yoghurt dip. Although it sounds strange, you can get deep-fried aubergine with a drizzle of cane molasses in the restaurants here, so they two tastes are obviously meant to be.
