Olives, Olives (and Nuts!)
This is a stand at the very extensive Sunday market on Blvd. Auguste Blanqui in Paris's 13th arrondissement.
It operates in more modest fashion twice during the week as well. Everything under the sun is offered, in addition of course to food. There are a zillion potential blips, but today this colorful display won out. At the bottom are nuts (mixed with raisins on the left), and the rest of the sections contain olives--a wonderful selection.
I may be able to post Monday's blip very early, since we have 11 p.m. tickets to the sweeping Monet exhibition at the Grand Palais, which for these last few days (it ends tomorrow--Monday) is open around the clock. After midnight I plan to blip the queue(s).
