New Growth

The air is damp, the sky is grey, the wife is away in Dublin, I have very little inclination to do anything today. Midwinter blues I suppose.

However, all is not lost. Things are stirring in the gardens and while out feeding the birds earlier on, I noticed a fair bit of new growth among the shrubs and other plants. So for all of you feeling a bit down today, hang in there. Spring is on its way.
