Finally feeling a bit more normal today! The sign for me was that I fancied baking. Perfect antidote to the blues I reckon :)
I got this recipe from Edinburgh Foody's blog. I didn't have enough saffron and probably used a bit too much cardamon, but they are still AMAZING. Beautiful texture and softness. Thanks Edinburgh Foody!
