Marmalade Preparations

Decided to make marmalade with Seville Oranges this year - a first for MANY years. The last time was back in the 1980's when I followed a recipe using a pressure cooker ... a sad ending as I fell asleep, only to be woken by the pressure cooker blowing out its safety valve that was never to be seen again (presumably embeded in the ceiling!)

Anyway, new recipe this time, requiring juicing and fine slicing of the peel - part I tonight, ably assisted by Waly II on the juicing and then slicing captured here.

Please ignore the medicinal bottles in the background, on hand in case of emergency needs!
