exhibition submission deadline

I am being featured in a graduates exhibition in a few weeks time,a nd the submission date is the 28th. Because it is in orkney, i have to get everything posted off tomorow morning to my wonderfull dad, who is a graphic designer and is putting everything together for me to be printed and framed.


Nervous doesn't quite cover it. Among the guests invited are, 3 of my old art teachers, two very prominent artists, a number of my friends and my parents.......i am so scared i'll let them down, it's keeping me up at night. But i am just hoping against hope i can hold my own against the other artists and make them all proud.

It's been a bit of a journey getting back into my art for this show. I was being an osterich about everything, and it was very painful for me to confront my work that i so hated after 4th year, and learn to see it clearly. I also did a new animation, which is a BIG step for me, and hopefully has cured me of my pencil shyness.....hopefully!
