Picante

The catamaran Picante takes Zihua visitors on a sailing trip around the area, swimming, snorkeling, and spinnaker sailing are all offered in the brochure. From our vantage point on the beach it looks like fun, especially the spinnaker sailing. The big, colorful sail on the front is hooked up to a seat and the participants are lifted into the air by the force of the wind and the power of the sail. That normally takes place once the Picante gets past these rocks at the end of La Ropa Beach which frame it so nicely in this shot.
