Sunday Roast Jamie style

Had nothing on after church so I set myself the challenge of making my first roast with crumble for my flatmates, 8 in all. It went amazingly well (only a slight hiccup with a microwave overflowing some custard)

Definitely something I will do again, and something my flatmates will be glad for.
