Re-Found Treasure

Polar is a brand name that I had been missing while living in NC. It is a 'local' favorite up here as it is made in Worcester MA. There were a few flavors available in NC but not much. I bought a bottle of one a few years ago, it was flat, right off the store shelf. I complained and was given coupons for more, free. Now that I live in New England again it is readily available (and fresh). This is my favorite flavor of theirs. Birch Beer is similar to Root Beer, but made with Birch (from Birch Trees, not sure really what part they use...) and these trees are EVERYWHERE up here (they really are pretty). It is also the state tree of New Hampshire.
