Durham Cathedral

Today I enjoyed a self-indulgent birthday, meeting a friend for lunch in a pub in town. I took this shot on the walk home.

This evening I went to another pub, The Stonebridge Inn, this time with the kids for company.

We thought that the white chocolate cheesecake with a hint of garlic strawberry was a bit strange, but apart from that, it was all very pleasant.
