Piano practice

I spent an hour and a half sitting on the floor in my daughter's bedroom marking exam papers whilst the kids took turns to practice.

I drove to work this morning to pick up exam papers and had a slight panic attack when I realised I have to mark 270 scripts in a week. I have managed to get through a lot today. On one paper, a student had written:

"I don't know the answer to this question but please give me a mark for writing something".
Ummm, I don't think so.

Apart from marking a whole bunch of papers, I didn't do a great deal today.

Off to Manchester tomorrow for a couple of days.
