Inaugural meeting of the Arklow Blipfoto Branch

Joesblips and myself held the first meeting of the Arklow Blipfoto Branch. We decided before anyone else came on board that we would share out the important positions. Joesblips got chairman, secretary and consultant, I got the job of treasurer. We agreed that any profits made by the branch would go to the Poor and Indignant Ex Developers Association.
