Someone once told me that life is a series of gambles - some you win, others you lose. Of course this same person went broke trying out their "perfect" system in the local bookies, but I will always remember that pearl of wisdom.

Saying that this same bloke came out with other such outstanding quotes as, "If you drink twice as fast you get drunk in half the time" and "A red traffic light means stop unless you are colour blind then it is not the green one."
