C is a dear friend and a lovely lovely person....with a big heart and a great sense of humour :)

Tonight she took me to a mediation group. I had never meditated with others before....time stood still and it was good - Im not good at it...but it felt good. I think I want to try more of this......

But now I just need to sleep.
