Been here before

One of my colleagues had his last day at work today. It's a sad day. We had a really good tight well run team of people 3 months ago but since then we have been decimated. Redundancies, resignations and all the morale issues that come with them.
I'm very happy I'm leaving as well on Friday, but it's tinged with sadness for what could have been.

Still, only 2 more days to go.
