Matilda's Gift

This week I am recording my breakfasts as part of Farmhouse Breakfast Week.

This morning I had an egg and bacon buttie:

White Baker's bread, thickly sliced, thickly spread with butter.
Locally produced streaky bacon.

No Ketchup or Brown Sauce, thanks!!

This blip breaks the mould really, as it should be of the complete breakfast, but the yolk looked so bright as it cooked in the frying pan. This is much better than the images of the buttie itself! - Although it did taste absolutely delicious!
