Needs filling up!

Our Grit binns are getting very low; we have three and to fill them 3/4 full before christmas cost us £300.
But needs must so I have asked one of our committee members to order more, because the papers yesterday have said that another cold spell is on its way...from America!
According to my new smartphone its raining with lightning (looks great on the screen) in Paris and NY (sorry Steff) its -1C with snow to-day, but by the time you get there I'm sure it'll be sunny.

I posted a comment on somebodies Blip at about 10.30 saying it was sunny here...since then its turned wintery dull and I think rather cold.
Which is why my blip is a grit binn just outside the flats.
