I think I'm turning Japanese

Pardon the reference to a tacky 80's pop song for the title...

I decided on an amber Japanese theme today. A glass orb and bokeh.

The glass orb is a yellow Japanese fishing net float. The bokeh is from my Christmas tree (which I will either have to take down soon or decorate for Valentine's Day!)

'Bokeh' comes from the Japanese word 'boke' which describes the asthetic quality of a secondary subject that lies outside of the depth of field, giving it a pleasing 'blur'.

A burst of fill flash, and viola!
