squash for supper

another kitchen blip! I had hoped to find something interesting during the day but the evening comes around and I'm back in the kitchen.

We had a bumper crop of squashes of various kinds this year. These ones are delicious just drizzled with olive oil and a few spices (garam marsala and a hint of smoked paprika in this case) and then roasted in the oven for a while
