Selside
Selside Parish Church, north of Kendal, Cumbria
I dropped off at Selside, north of Kendal, on my way back from a meeting to discuss a road crossing of a protected river in north Cumbria.
Selside is a small village about a mile from the A6. The church is relatively modern by English standards, built on the site of an old chapel in 1838. The unusually broad tower was added in 1894.
I couldn't decide what to use for a blip today, and the blip consultant is out this evening. I've not blipped a church before, and the light was good for a few minutes before the cloud closed over the sun again.
