Hard day at work. My boss consistently sees the negative and never the positive. It's difficult to convey how I feel. I really want to do well at my job... in fact I think I do a good job. BUT I guess I want to be told that I am a valued member of the team. EYE want to be seen for my good traits...
Nonetheless, I am continuing to be positive. I have been to the gym all this week. I am keeping a food diary/drawing book (I am drawing doddles of the foods I eat in order to keep myself on the straight and narrow.)

Remember tomorrow to say something nice to someone. We are often easy to gossip and say nasty things. But truly a compliment when genuinely meant ... really makes one's day.
