A Bit of Razzle dazzle

Treading carefully with this one...

Cycling home tonight I met what I thought was an outdated, never to be seen again scene...a "gentleman's magazine" discarded, fragmented and blowing up the path in a bid for top-shelf freedom.

There is many an 11 year old boy - and, I suppose, girl - who may have had a brutal introduction to the female form in this way. I may even have been one of them. But i really thought that, in the internet age, abandoned scud mags were a ting of the past, consigned to history.

I was wrong.

The question is...who threw it out of a - bus? car? - along the A90 and why??
