Falcon?

This is one of a couple of little sculptural plaster details on The Falcon, one of my many locals and favourite of my friends (having been to the manager's 5th birthday party can be a perk). I've been thinking about sculpture recently, read the Stoneheart trilogy over the weekend - London statues come to life, war between human statues and beasty ones is a little bit of an over simplification! - and pondered what would be the result if this little fella hopped off his perch? Either way it's an interesting detail on the building - if not a great foto.
