The Phoenix Arms

Our local pub, 10 metres across the road from us, has been disused for about a year. Ozzy Osbourne's accountant who lives in The Manor the other side of the pub has bought it. It is now a free house, so there is the chance it will not serve expensive brown water. I suggested calling it The Phoenix Arms.
