Making new friends

Today Watson and I went to Ludlow for the morning. We met up with @shropsdan and his dog Thomas beneath the castle for Watson and Thomas to become acquainted before venturing into the centre of Ludlow for the attractions of the market and the promise of a real Farmhouse Breakfast produced by the lovely @HoptonhouseBnB @nicelittleplace and @busyvees. I had a delicious portion of scrambled eggs with smoked trout, mmmmm, and got some of Karen's award winning marmalade. Then we went on to meet @brockhallfarm where we got to sample some of their own goats cheese. Naturally I purchased some for Sir to sample too. We had some coffee where we met the delightful @ShrpshirePrune. We wandered back through the market picking up a few more items on our way before finishing up our morning with a tranquil walk along the river through Whitcliffe Common.
