Man carrying a burden

I dashed out of the flat this morning thinking that I might just catch the no 36; but missed it and only discovered halfway up Leith Walk that I had forgotten my blipping camera. Oh, that's alright I thought, I can take some sort of picture with my phone and use the Android app. Phone out of charge, of course.

What's more, last night when DH was blipless I had suggested the forsythia twigs to him, so my blip cupboard was bare. Then I noticed this fine woodcut which I walk past several times every day. It's by a Suffolk based artist called Judith Lockie and I'm very fond of it. This doesn't do it justice, but you can see some of her work here.
