Recipe testing: Cardamom and Basil ice cream

I've had fun this week testing a recipe from Vanessa Kimbell's upcoming cookery book.

It's a simple idea, a collection of linked recipes. Bloggers all over the UK and maybe further are doing the testing. We're all due to meet up in June for the launch of the book - what a meeting that will be! There's quite a contingent from Edinburgh.
