Vermut
I have a mission: to find a good vermut, a proper one for sunday big aperitive. Vermut is a sort of coktel, Martini Rosso with soda, that we drink in the aperitive, before the sunday's lunch.
I began my research in the last old bodega in town tasting their own artisan vermut, too bitter for me, and buying the old fashion soda in siphon bottles so difficult to find nowadays.
