Accidental upload

I am not sure this is the picture I intended to upload. Rest assured the one I intended is a masterpiece. A blip of blips. Maybe. Sadly the IT signal here is very slow and it takes a long time to upload. Anyway I think this picture shows an overview of the windy city of Wellington and capital of New Zealand and built in a volcanic bowl, possible reflected in the photo.
