Today was a good day!!

We woke up to a nice Dumping of Snow, it had snowed a foot over night (30cm).
school was called of! SNOW DAY!!!! The Girls went for a hike in the town forest, on fresh snow, Mrs Loba showed the kids how to shake branches and get an extra dumping of snow on their heads... way to go Mom!

afterwards we built a snow cave in the back yard, it was awesome. The Kids and I were going to sleep in it tonight, but as i was inside the cave trying to make it a little more roomy, it collapse right on me.... looking back may be it was a good thing. better to collapse on me than on top of all of us while sleeping.

We topped of the day with a trip to Blue Hills, our small local ski hill. The new snow was fantastic... we played on it all day long!

Blipping now, then I will cap the night with a beer, watching the X games!!
