If someone had told me a year ago to try ramen with cheese, I would have been disgusted and skeptical. But after trying it in a restaurant during my trip to NYC, I can't eat ramen (or ramyun..whatever!) without cheese anymore. It sounds so wrong, but tastes so right! Stephenie and Russell gave me disapproving looks when they saw the cheese, but I'll make believers out of them!
