High Drama

Lots of drama to report. Hence Constance's look of astonishment. First her buggy tipped over when we were on the bus and she fell out of the back. Lots of mothers sprang to her rescue but she didn't even wake up. Phew! Lesson is: wear straps, as modelled here in our clashing McClaren number.

Then a madwoman drove her car through the glass window of a nearby cafe - on purpose. She parked it among the tables and got out with her dog and left. No-one was hurt; the car is still there.

Then Flap our white chicken managed to get onto the road while I was out and had to be chased from under a car through our front door. She then spent about 20 minutes in our kitchen while I tried to catch her. The next-door Bengal cat is also extremely interested in all three of our chickens. They may not be long for this world.
