Candy. I had to paint this stuff in my painting class last quarter. I had a blast painting the little buggers, and photo-ing them was even more fun. perhaps tomorrow I'll take a picture of the painting so everyone can see.


I'm starting to get my groove back, artistically speaking. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself by saying that. Figure drawing is going well again, as is painting. I'm actually starting to enjoy still lifes.....kind of. They're hard for me to get into; I need context, meaning. But observation makes you better!
