Striking

Only a half day for me today as I was meeting an old school chum at the Parliament.

He's only got a few months left as an MSP before the next election, so I thought I'd better get down and see around the place before then. He's not standing next time around.

I know there has been a lot of fairly heated debate around the building, but it is quite a striking structure. And it was quite nice getting a tour from a sitting member rather than an official guide.

Anyway there was far too much blethering and catching up going on that I didn't really get any shots inside that I was happy with. Good job there's always a great view down and around Holyrood.

Gotta go large.
