Check Mate

I was in the spare room hanging up the washing this afternoon when I saw my old antique chess set gathering dust and thought it was worthy of a photo. It used to belong to my dad when he was young, and to his dad before him, and if I'm not mistaken it was once my great grandfather's chess set.
The last time it got any use was during the week of our wedding when Jackie's cousins came to visit and were learning to play. I should really start playing again.
