Vigilante Nut Job

This sinister vehicle drew up alongside me on Southampton Row tonight. A black 4x4 with a yellow checker strip, Mad Max steel mesh over the windows, and a strange home made 4-way camera pod on the roof.
The sign "Working in partnership with the police" seems very suspicious indeed. I think the owner must be some sort of vigilante nutter.
