Midnight. (At high noon?)

After yesterday's post of a bright Pacific NW sky, it's back to normal. This picture was taken very close to noon today, and I promise you, I did't underexpose it.
Oh don't worry, I wasn't in any danger taking this, the traffic was at an absolute crawl. But the rain was so hard, it made me think I'm in the shower. And yes, you're right! Those are clouds you can see peeking into the edges of the frame
There is one thing about these 365's, it makes you grab a shot whenever you can, even if it isn't a masterpiece.
