One By One They Begin Their Journey

We bought some lovely thick rice noodles at the asian supermarket and, through the twin miracles of google and youtube, managed to make a very nice chicken chow fun for dinner. I love the chewiness of the noodles bathed in juicy sauce. This one's a keeper.
