Dropper

I've been watching the series "Victorian Pharmacy". It made me realise how many things have changed, even since I qualified (which was not in the Victorian era!). At one time we made up ear drops, eye drops, cough mixtures, creams and ointments on the premises. That's no longer possible unless you have a special license.

Dropper bottles were a common sight in any dispensary, and most places would keep a draw full of them. Not any more. They make a very satisfying clinking noise when you pick up a handful together.
