lemon drizzle

To help my numbers for the RSPB garden birdwatch I went to extreme measures......
The lemon drizzle cake from the village shop has wide acclaim and the last of a block had gone stale so into the feeder it went! The effect was quite extraordinary - five long tailed tits followed a couple of blue tits, a coal tit and a robin - all in about 20 minutes!
The light is fading now so have left my post for radio2, cup of tea and the papers.
Aaahhhhh.
